In 2012 Lorenzo and Andrea Crociani inherited the family farm, with the ambitious project to modernize it. After renewing the agricultural machinaries and renovating the winery in the typical Tuscan style, they also decided to change their farming systems, moving to a dynamic agriculture with only one objective: organic farming. The Saragiolino brewery born with this spirit careful to quality and innovation, with the goal of creating fine Tuscan biological beers, handcrafted and made with grains grown directly from the family farm. The Saragiolino brewery, with a 6 hl plant, confers barley and wheat to the CO.BI malt house, of which is a member since 2013, and then uses the so processed cereals for the production of its "Birra Agricola Toscana". The farm also produces extra virgin olive oil "Tuscan IGP" and "DOP Terre di Siena", result of its olive groves, and cereals and legumes for the kitchen. In the cellar there is a space for direct sale and tasting of beers and other local specialties, such as Tuscan meats and cheeses.
