Birrificio La Stecciaia
The agricultural brewery La Stecciaia born on the farm Podere del Pereto owned by Isabella Riva, who plants fields with organic cereals since 1995 in the picturesque area of the Crete Senesi, a few steps away from the town of Rapolano Terme (SI). The short chain, the traceability, the link with the territory and the organic certification of all production characterize the brewery and the entire company. The selected grains used by the brewery La Stecciaia are grown directly on site: in addition to barley, the recipes of beers include other ancient grains such as spelt, wheat Senatore Cappelli and others, which help to give more body and fragrances to beers.
